About 127 Haven

127 Haven is a faith-based nonprofit organization registered as One27 Haven Inc. (EIN 83-2709364), recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity in the United States. Our mission is to build Christian family homes for orphaned and marginalized children in Uganda.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to crawl the site in a way that disrupts normal operation
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful content

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photos, video, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by 127 Haven or licensed to us. You may share and link to our content for personal, noncommercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

The names, images, and stories of the children in our Uganda family are shared with the knowledge and consent of their guardians and caretakers. Please treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve. Do not download, modify, or republish photos of the children without our written permission.

Donations

Donations are processed by our third-party payment provider, Donorbox. The 127haven.com website does not collect or process any payment information directly. When you donate, your transaction is governed by Donorbox’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours.

• All donations to 127 Haven are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by US law.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at ryan@127haven.com and we will work with you in good faith.
• Recurring sponsorships can be cancelled at any time through your Donorbox account or by emailing us.
• 127 Haven reserves the right to allocate undesignated gifts to the program area of greatest need.
