127 Haven is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing orphaned and marginalized children in Uganda by placing them into loving Christian family homes. We believe every child deserves to grow up in a family environment where they experience unconditional love, spiritual discipleship, and the opportunity for a transformed future. Grounded in James 1:27—”Pure religion is to look after orphans and widows in their distress”—we are led by the Holy Spirit to build families, not institutions, for children who have lost everything.
Since our founding, 127 Haven has provided a home for 10 children in our Uganda family, offering them not just shelter and food, but a mother and father figure, siblings, and a community of believers who invest in their spiritual and personal development. We operate on a nuclear family model where children are raised as disciples of Jesus Christ, receiving education, healthcare, and the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and hopelessness.
